Caster selection - installation structure
Abstract： Casters are commonly installed in flat plate installation, screw installation, plug rod installation, and hole top installation, according to different transportation equipment to adopt the appropriate installation method.
Caster flat plate installation
The caster bottom plate is fixed to the equipment by connecting or welding with screws and nuts.
Caster screw installation
Fastening to cylindrical threaded holes by threaded rod or nut to equipment.
Caster insert rod installation
By inserting the corresponding tube or hole, by the bolt or expansion accessories connected with the equipment fixed.
Caster top hole installation
Connect the connecting element (such as a bolt) through the bolt hole and fix it with the equipment.
Choose different caster installation structures, need to pay attention to the following different key dimensions, mounting hole spacing of the bottom plate, screw, screw diameter and length, screw hole aperture.
