A: We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 1993.

Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit?

A: Our factory is located in Jiangyin,Wuxi City, Jiangsu. 2 hours to Shanghai, You are warmly welcome to visit.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: In general, within 15working days. It also depends on the order quantity.

Q: What is the term of payment?

A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit, and the balance will be cleared by T/T or L/C before delivery.

Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?

A: Samples are available at any time. Sample fee  and delivery fee are Paid by you first, but can be refund when mass production

A: Normally we take the order no matter it's big or small. If your quantity is under the MOQ, we will arrange it in our sample room especially.

 A:We do both OEM and ODM, and you can make your own logo on the bags.
